We aim to be flexible and meet your requirements wherever possible. In return, we ask you to accept and respect our booking conditions so that we can continue to provide the best service. Your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined is required to process your reservation.

Jackaroo Jillaroo Downunder Adventure Activity bookings

All tours and programs are available for early booking. Jackaroo Jillaroo Downunder recommends participants should make their booking at least two weeks in advance. Full payment is required before commencement of the scheduled activities.

Cancellation by Jackaroo Jillaroo Downunder

Please be aware that all outdoor adventure activities provided by Jackaroo Jillaroo Downunder are subject to the prevailing weather conditions. Customers accept the risk that weather conditions that they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the date booked. In the rare event that a booking is cancelled by Jackaroo Jillaroo Downunder, due to continuous heavy rain or on other safety grounds, bookings are transferable to another date without penalty or are refundable in full.

Additional private travel insurance covering cancellations and other unforseen events is strongly recommended.

Cancellation by participants

Customers are advised that all bookings are subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy below.

1. More than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the activity, bookings may be transferred or postponed to another date or activity without penalty or loss of funds.

2. More than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the activity, bookings may be cancelled, but will be subject to a 20% administration fee which will be deducted from refunds.

3. Less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of your activity, bookings may be postponed or transferred to another date, however a 50% loss of fees will apply to your existing booking. No loss of fees will occur if two additional people are booked in for every one person that postpones to another date.

4. Less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of your activity, no refunds are available for cancellations or 'no-shows'.
   

The above Terms & Conditions still apply to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled activities.

Requests for an exemption to our cancellation policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances by addressing an email to the Manager at info@jackaroojillaroodownunder.com.au.
