Canoe hire

Four two-man canoes are available for hire to paddle down the Gwydir River. Expect to see birds, fish, kangaroos and lizards while enjoying the peace of the surrounding bush.

At Jackaroo Jillaroo Downunder we will drop you up-river so you can paddle downstream to where your car is parked in our carpark.

Enjoy a swim, lunch on the river-bank, or try your hand at fishing for cod, yellow-belly and catfish.

Life-jackets are provided for both adults and children.

Bookings are essential.

Cost: $30 per two-man canoe for 1/2 day (AUD)
